During the last 15 years, Industrias Bolcar has developed a constant policy of investment that has allowed it to grow in a sustainable manner in the national and international markets, being positioned as a competitive, solid, innovative company, and that has known how to adapt to the changing needs of the different clients.

At present, Industrias Bolcar owns a total surface area of 15,000 m², three lines of production and an annual production capacity of 120 million bags that has allowed us to be ranked among the top five manufacturers of paper bags in Spain with an international presence on the 5 continents.

Our requirements in quality and service of our products obliges us to constantly improve our manufacturing processes and R&D, requiring us to:

• Study and analyse the use of new raw materials.
• Constantly perfect the different parts that make up the bag.
• Give advice to our clients to avoid losses and cost overruns in the packaging and processing of their products, optimising and improving their presentation.

Industrias Bolcar currently has a structure that allows it to respond with flexibility, agility and proactivity to the needs of all its clients. Its IT system as well as its intranet allows all its clients to be able to know the status of their order and to solve any type of doubt that may be posed.

The investment in industrial machinery has allowed successfully preparing and developing for the new challenges of the future. During the last 12 years it has invested €15 million, equivalent to 14.5% of its billing figure.

The experience of our human team along with our technological park has allowed us to be ranked today among the principal companies of the industry in Spain capable of competing on the national and international level.
