Strength and breathability
Micro or nanopunched for fast filling
We can adjust the perforations of the paper sacks to ensure optimal ventilation without compromising the sack's strength, thus optimising the fast filling process.
Aeration outlets and customised sleeves
Designed to speed up filling by quickly expelling air, ideal for products like cement, along with sleeves tailored for all types of mouths.
Moisture-resistant and water-repellent
Special treatments that prevent moisture absorption, maintaining the integrity of the product. Patented paper sacks that are fully water-repellent on the sides.
More or less porosity in the paper
We can make paper sacks with different porosities and elasticities in the paper to balance breathability and content protection, while optimising the filling process.
Customisation and special options
Types of paper
We work with different types of paper: We work with paper rolls from 70 g/m² to 110 g/m², in high-quality kraft or white, 100% virgin fibre, porous and/or semi-extensible. Kraft and/or white paper for the sack layers (interior and exterior). Our paper is recycled and FSC® certified. Paper sacks can also be made with semi-extensible paper for greater elasticity during filling.
Printing with up to 8 colours
We can create custom designs for clients with up to 8 colours, incorporating the designs required by the client. Completely tailored, we ensure your designs are perfectly integrated into the sacks. We guarantee the highest ink quality. The sacks can be made with up to 4 layers of paper, featuring a non-slip finish to prevent slipping during handling.
Customised sleeves
We make completely customised and tailored paper sacks according to the client's filling mouths. We work with different widths and lengths of filling mouths, measuring precisely according to their requirements. For products that require additional protection, we incorporate an intermediate polyethylene film or bag of high or low density (SS).
More or less porosity in the paper
We can make paper sacks with different porosities and elasticities based on grammage, paper quality, and flexibility, effectively balancing breathability and content protection while optimising the filling process. The paper sacks have a standard capacity of 25 kg to 50 kg, with elasticity determined by the client's specific needs.
